Very nice ambience. Service was prompt and polite. Food was very delicious. We missed the open rooftop arrangement cz of a private party. That portion was also well decorated. Only drawback was the loud music playing all time, it was hard to make conversations between each other... also not suitable for non drinking family members... but overall outdoor ambience is great in comparison to indoor one...

Visited the place on Panchami(midnight), were walking down the streets looking for some place to eat after pandal hopping when we suddenly noticed GLOOK. What a place Unlike many other restaurants during puja all the food items in the menu were available even at around 1AM and the staffs are so kind, humble and helpful. The ambience is Lovely, both the indoor and outdoor(has 2parts) sitting area has a great vibe. We chose the outdoor rooftop sitting arrangement which was itself a 5star experience and it got enhanced by the songs played by the DJ. We ordered Fried Prawns Fish Fantasy ( their signature dish) Mixed Fried Rice Caldera Beer The food was delicious and sufficient quantity to be shared by 2. Overall the place is a must visit and I'll specially recommend the place for dinner with family/friends or a lovely dinner date.

The food was good, but the loud atmosphere made it difficult to have a peaceful conversation. This noise level can be quite distracting and detracts from the overall dining experience, especially for those looking to enjoy a quiet meal or a meaningful discussion. The only downside was that they didn’t allow me to pay through the Dining option on Zomato. If they don’t allow payments from there, I believe the management should opt the restaurant out of the Dining option. It is important for customers to have the flexibility to choose their preferred payment method, and not offering this option can lead to dissatisfaction and inconvenience.
